SHIPPING & RETURNS

Return Policy

​

  • As of now, we are not taking return/refund on most of our products. Only t-shirts from our HANDSTYLE Edition are eligible for exchange, only for size change purposes. 

  • Customers can place the request to return the order within 48 hours from the date of delivery by mailing us at sup.bomberlime@gmail.com

  • The product must be in its original condition, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

  • We reserve the right not to accept the return of products which
    (i) We believe are being returned after use, washed or soiled or
    (ii) are damaged (except where the return is on account of damaged goods having been delivered to you).

  • We will not be able to arrange reverse pickup of products unless confirmed by our Customer Experience Team. If you have received a defective product, send us images at sup.bomberlime@gmail.com and we will get back to you, Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team.

  • Once confirmed by our customer experience team, we will arrange the reverse pickup of Products within 7 days of receiving the request.

  • Please ensure while returning the product the packaging is intact the way it was delivered.

  • As we do not have our own delivery service we rely on delivery partners like BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, etc. In case of return; the delivery partner charges us for a reverse pickup from the customer location. We charge ₹100 to return the products. 

  • ​Incase you have received a damaged, defective, missing or a wrong product on delivery. Please reach out to us within 24 hours at sup.bomberlime@gmail.com

  • Damaged products can only be exchanged by a refund to the Bomberlime GiftCard and no bank/cash refund shall be initiated for the same. And they can only be exchanged once.

  • If an order placed during a sale is returned to us, only the amount paid by you will be refunded, not the current product price.

  • In case of a return on an order, the amount will be credited back into the customer’s Bomberlime GiftCard after deducting ₹100 from the order amount for reverse pickup (if not already paid).


RETURN/REFUND POLICY:

  • We grant you a period of 48 hours from the day the order was delivered by the delivery executive. 

  • In case you return the goods within the contractual term of the right of withdrawal, you will only be reimbursed with the amount paid for said products. Delivery charges will not be reimbursed after the goods returned. The amount will be credited back to the customer as a GiftCard.

  • An order can be returned to a maximum of one times.

 

GiftCard – Terms and Conditions:

  • The Bomberlime “GiftCard” amount can solely be used on www.bomberlime.in against purchases made on the website.

  • The Bomberlime “ GiftCard” amount is non-refundable, It cannot be transferred back to source (into bank account).

  • The Bomberlime “ GiftCard” amount is non-transferable. It cannot be transferred to other user account.

  • The Bomberlime “ GiftCard” amount cannot be used at the retail stores.

Return and Replacement Period:

​

Customers can return or replace their products as mentioned above within 48 hours from the day the order was delivered by the delivery executive. The products must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached.

Eligibility for Return and Replacement:

​

Proof of purchase, like the original receipt or order confirmation, is required for all return or replacement requests.​​

Conditions for Replacement or Refund:

​

Defects or damages must be due to manufacturing faults and not caused by misuse, neglect, or improper care.

Defects Covered Under Guarantee:

  1. Loose stitching or seams

  2. Fabric discoloration or fading

  3. Uneven dye distribution

  4. Fabric pilling or fuzzing exceeding acceptable limits

  5. Fabric tearing or fraying along edges

  6. Any other noticeable defects impacting the garment’s appearance or functionality

Defects Not Covered Under Guarantee:

  1. Damage caused by improper washing or care practices.

  2. Fabric damage resulting from excessive wear and tear.

  3. Alterations or modifications made to the garment after purchase.

  4. Damage caused by external factors such as accidents, misuse, or neglect.

  5. Fabric deterioration due to exposure to harsh chemicals or environmental conditions.

  6. Normal wear and tear expected with regular use over time.

Bomberlime reserves the right to inspect the product to determine eligibility for replacement or refund.

Process for Return and Replace:

​

  • Contact us at sup.bomberlime@gmail.com within the specified time with order number and the item name to be returned to initiate the return & Replacement process.

  • Once confirmed, we will arrange reverse pickup of the product within 7 days.

Refund Options:

​

 Customers will receive a refund to their Bomberlime GiftCard.

​

Fraud Prevention Measures:

​

  • Bomberlime prioritizes customer security. We reserve the right to refuse returns or replace those suspected of being fraudulent or violating these terms. All returned products undergo inspection to verify condition and authenticity. Fraudulent attempts will be reported to relevant authorities.

Modification of Terms and Conditions:

​

Bomberlime may update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. We assure you any changes made will be in your best interest.
